Stage 1

  • Free consultation! - informal meeting discussing  your goals, previous experience levels, injuries and any other relevant information.

  • Suitable package selected to suit you and your schedule !

Stage 2

  • Intro session ! - Bodily measurements taken (tape measure + body % scales etc), relevant fitness tests carried out.

  • Goal setting  +  nutritional advice + tips given.

  • Explanation of future sessions.

Stage 3

  • Beginning !

  • First tailor made session as a part of a 12 week plan is carried out.

  • Sessions progress and change at the rate you feel comfortable with.

Stage 4

  • Progression check !

  • After 4, 6 or 8 weeks - carry out re-testing to check on progress towards goals!

  • Session tweaks or amendments made if necessary
