Free consultation! - informal meeting discussing your goals, previous experience levels, injuries and any other relevant information.

Suitable package selected to suit you and your schedule !
Stage 2

Intro session ! - Bodily measurements taken (tape measure + body % scales etc), relevant fitness tests carried out.

Goal setting + nutritional advice + tips given.

Explanation of future sessions.
Stage 3

Beginning !

First tailor made session as a part of a 12 week plan is carried out.

Sessions progress and change at the rate you feel comfortable with.
Stage 4

Progression check !

After 4, 6 or 8 weeks - carry out re-testing to check on progress towards goals!

Session tweaks or amendments made if necessary
